Richard Chute, O.D.
Dr. Chute, the founder of C & R Vision back in 1985, graduated with a Doctorate in Optometry from SUNY Optometry in 1984. He is involved in many professional societies including the American Optometric Association, New York State Optometric Association, and Rochester Optometric Association. Dr. Chute and his wife Kim have been Victor residents since 1985 and Dr. Chute sat on both the Village of Victor Zoning and Planning Boards for a combination of seven years. He has coached many local sports teams over the years that his children have participated in at Victor Central School. Dr. Chute prides himself on being a resident of the town he works in and being a big Buffalo Bills fan.

Natasha Hakim, O.D.
Dr. Hakim received her Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN, graduating cum Laude in 2005. Previous to that, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany. Dr. Hakim is an active member of the American Optometric Association, the New York State Optometric Association, and the Rochester Optometric Association. Her family resides in Farmington.

Brian Pratt, O.D.
Dr. Pratt recieved his Doctorate of Optometry from The New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA in 2001. He previously achieved a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Pratt was born and raised in the Rochester area and has practiced optometry locally since 2001. He is an active memeber of the American Optometric Society, the New York State Optometric Association, and the Rochester Optometric Association. He is an avid sports fan.

Our Opticians

Ann Fravel:

Ann received her Associate's Degree in Applied Science from Erie Community College in 1975 & became a licensed optician that same year. She joined the staff of C & R Vision in 1986. She is a member of The New York State Society of Opticians. Ann & her family reside in Fairport.

Jennifer Kelly:

Jennifer is a NYS Licensed Optician since 1995 and joined C & R Vision in 2003. She is a member of The New York State Society of Opticians. She and her family reside in Macedon.

Jeffrey Braun:

Jeffrey has over 20 years combined experience as both a NY State Licensed Optician and in managing optical labs. He joined C & R in August of 2006. He is a member of The New York State Society of Opticians. He and his family reside in Farmington.
